Guttman of Rosewood Realty Group handles $8 million sale of two vacant walk-ups in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NY Rosewood Realty Group has completed the $8 million sale of two vacant mixed-use 1930 walk-ups in East New York.The buildings, at 482-510 Riverdale Ave., with a combined 6,000 s/f, sold for 9.52 times the rent roll and have a cap rate of 6.74%.

Rosewood’s Michael Guttman represented the buyer, Riverdale Avenue Properties, L.L.C. and the seller, CRP 482 Riverdale Avenue L.L.C.
