Guszack joins Houlihan Lawrence

Catherine Guszack

Rye Brook, NY Catherine Guszack has joined Houlihan Lawrence.

A Virginia native, Guszack has been a Rye resident since 2010. With ten years as an interior designer of custom new-construction and historic homes in Virginia, the Hamptons and the greater New York City area, she brings a unique perspective to real estate. 

After earning a BSBA in Business and Marketing from the University of Richmond, and a certificate in Interactive Multimedia from George Washington University, she returned to U Richmond for a certificate in Interior Design.

Guszack is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and OneKey Multiple Listing Service Member.

Guszack was 2024 swim team co-chair for American Yacht Club, events co-chair and board member for the Rye Historical Society.
