Gulden of SL Green handles 11,231 s/f lease expansion at 461 Fifth Ave.
According to SL Green Realty Corp., U.S. Bank National Association has signed a nine-year lease expansion covering 11,231 s/f at 461 Fifth Ave. for a total commitment of 22,463 s/f.
"We were delighted to work with U.S. Bank National Association to accommodate their rapid expansion," said Steven Durels, executive VP and director of leasing and real property for SL Green.
The 26-story 461 Fifth Ave.won the 1995 BOMA award for excellence as the Operating Office Building of the Year. Other tenants include Marathon Asset Management, American Capital Strategies, and Shenkman Capital.
Michael Burlant of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the tenant, while Christopher Gulden acted for SL Green in-house.
