Guilbet of Inwood Property Group represents owner in 1,600 s/f lease
Roberto Guilbet, principal broker of Inwood Property Group Inc., has completed the leasing of 64 Nagle Ave. The property consists of 1,600 s/f of medical office space. The new tenant will be a dermatology group. Guilbet represented the owner, while Stanley Piesh of Prime Manhattan Realty represented the tenant.
