Grossman of NAI Friedland sells 80,000 s/f facility for $3.85 million

NAI Friedland vice president Andy Grossman has brokered the sale of an 80,000 s/f industrial building located at 750 South Fulton Ave. for $3.85 million. Representing both the buyer and the seller, Grossman was able to close the deal amicably for both sides. 750 South Fulton Storage LLC purchased the multi-use, 2-3 story structure with floor load in hopes of renovating it into a mini storage facility, accommodating the neighborhood's growing need for space. The building's seller, Wampum LLC, had previously used the building for various commercial uses including retail, office, and warehouse space. "Not only did the deal go smoothly, but both sides are already talking about the possibility of using each other's services in the future," Grossman said. "It's a win-win for both parties, as well as the surrounding community."
