Greene and Goodman of MHP lease 8,502 s/f
David Greene and Bruce Goodman of MHP Commercial Brokerage Serivces represented the landlord in the lease of 8,502 s/f at 1180 Ave. of the Americas. The space is located on the 18th floor. The tenant is Far Hills Group, LLC, who will lease the space for 10 years. The tenant was represented by Sheena Gohil and Steve Jaray of GVA Williams.
