Greenblatt and Riney of Marcus & Millichap broker $6 million sale

Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada, has brokered the sale of 1043 Sterling Place, a 17,320 s/f apartment building located in the Crown Heights section, according to John Horowitz, vice president, regional manager. The asset sold for $6 million.

“The sale of 1043 Sterling Place demonstrates continued strong demand for high-quality multifamily stock within this subsection of Crown Heights,” said Daniel Greenblatt who, along with Shaun Riney, represented the seller. The team also procured the buyer.

“The seller was able to exit after executing a disciplined value-add business plan. The buyer will add to an already impressive portfolio of multifamily within the submarket,” said Greenblatt.
