According to Howard Greenberg, SIOR, president of Howard Properties, Ltd., the firm represented Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP in the expansion and extension of its lease at 200 Summit Lake Dr. The tenant is a full service defense law firm, offering legal services to national and international clients. Howard Greenberg, SIOR represented Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan in the negotiations, which expanded the firm's space by 6,565 s/f and extended its existing 31,687 s/f lease. 200 Summit Lake Drive is part of The Summit at Valhalla, owned by Reckson, a division of S.L. Green Realty Corp.
