Grand Lux Rlty. expands its Discount Listing Svc.

Grand Lux Realty (GLR) has expanded its Discount Listing Service to include the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing System (GHVMLS). GHVMLS includes: Rockland, Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties. This is in addition to GLR's currently covered areas of Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and the Bronx. GLR offers a discount listing service to customers looking to sell or lease their property.  GLR charges a $495 listing fee to be placed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  GLR also places the properties on numerous websites. GLR charges a 2.5% commission if a broker sells the property and no commission if the customer finds a buyer on their own.
