Grand Lux Realty launches new pricing system

Grand Lux Realty, an award wining discount real estate agency has developed a new pricing system. Grand Lux Realty new Pick Your Pricing System gives the customer the choice to pick the pricing program that best suits their needs for service and savings. The new system has four program options: The first one is the "Classic" program pay only 2.5% commission plus a $495 listing fee. The second is the "299" program where you pay only 2.99% commission plus a $299 listing fee.  The third is the "Pay Nothing Up Front" program where you pay only 3.25% selling commission.  The fourth is the "Full Service" program with only a 5% selling commission.  All programs allow the owners to find a buyer on their own and pay no commission. Grand Lux Realty's programs include exposure to all MLS organizations that Grand Lux is a member of and it's expanded service area.  The firm is now a member of the Bronx/Manhattan North Multiple Listing System (MLS), the Westchester/Putnam MLS, and the Greater Hudson Valley MLS, which covers Rockland, Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties.  Clients get listed on many websites especially a system Grand Lux Realty has set up with Realtor.com for added exposure.    Michael Levy, president of Grand Lux Realty, has worked in the real estate business for over 23 years.  GLR has sold over $30 million worth of real estate since the firm started approximately two years ago.
