Grand Lux Realty and Benchmark Property Management team up
Mamaroneck, NY According to Grand Lux Realty, it continues to grow its Westchester County presence via a recent partnership with Benchmark Property Management. The new company will be titled Grand Lux Realty-Benchmark and the office will be located at 951 East Boston Post Rd. This will be Grand Lux Realty’s fourth office with other locations in Armonk, Ardsley, and Chappaqua. With over 210 agents and looking for additional licensed agents, the future is bright for Grand Lux Realty.
“We are an friendly, agent-centric brokerage company. We provide our licensees with a fast & no-fee route to 90% commission splits, while still providing an abundance of free leads”, said Michael Levy, principal broker. “We are very proud of these ideas to allow our agents to keep more of the commissions they earned.”
Levy and his wife, Jodi, formed Grand Lux Realty in 2006. With a combined fifty years experience, together they provide a personable and nurturing business environment for agents, clients, and customers.
