Ed Graf of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC has arranged for the acquisition of Bloomfield Garden Apartments, a 160-unit garden style apartment complex. The all brick complex sits on seven acres and contains one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The property is located at 319 E. Bloomfield St.
The purchase price for the property is in the amount of $3.8 million. The transaction was handled by Steve Tierney of Woods, Oviatt, Gilman LPP.
