Richard Gottlieb, senior managing director, and Wayne Siegel, managing director, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hunter Phoenix, have secured a lease renewal for the 9,473 s/f office at 61 Broadway, between Exchange Place and Rector St., for Cichanowicz Callan Keane Vengrow & Textor, LLP, a law firm specializing in transportation and regulatory law for more than 40 years.
The leasing agent for the landlord Broad Street Development was David Israni.
