Gorman and Gettler of New Street Realty broker 5,500 s/f lease to St. Luke's
According to New Street Realty Advisors, LLC, Sutton Commercial, LLC, the owners of 2771 Frederick Douglass Blvd., leased 5,500 s/f to The St. Luke's Hospital Center. The space is comprised of a 3,000 s/f ground floor space and a 2,500 s/f basement. Matthew Gorman and Joshua Gettler, managing partners of New Street Realty, acted on behalf of Sutton. Daniel Woods of Grubb & Ellis and Elizabeth Martin of E. L. Martin Partners represented St. Luke's-Roosevelt.
