Gorjian of Namdar Realty secures sale of West Park Shopping Center

Joel Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group closed on the sale of the 158,000 s/f West Park Shopping Center. The center on Park Ave. West includes tenants such as: Dollar General Market, Citi Trends, Rent-A-Center, Midas and Roses's Beauty Supply. Gorjian and Namdar Realty's strategy on the West Park Shopping Center is to add value through major lease up. This marks the 8th closing for the group in 2015.
