Joel Gorjian and Namdar Realty Group purchased the leasehold interest in a two - tenant retail property located on the northeast corner of Richmond Avenue and Eton Place. The group took advantage of the strong in-place cash flow with little - to - no management requirements, at one of the busiest intersections in Staten Island.
