Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group secures sale of 11,000 s/f Dollar General

Joel Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group completed the purchase of an 11,000 s/f single-tenant property, leased to Dollar General. The property was formally leased to CVS Caremark whom subleased the premises to Dollar General. "The property is situated in a strong retail corridor on Daniel Lake Blvd. We see the value here in Mississippi and will continue to pursue acquisition opportunities throughout the region" said Gorjian.
