Gorjian of Namdar completes acquisition of Big Lots Shopping Center

West Mifflin, PA Joel Gorjian and Namdar Realty Group have completed the acquisition of the Big Lots Shopping Center in West Mifflin. “This is a strong retail trade area, just south of downtown Pittsburgh. There are six retail centers and malls within a one-mile radius of this center. We like the underlying real estate and intend on holding long-term” said Gorjian of NRG. The group purchased the ground lease with Big Lots that dates back to the early 80’s.
