Gordon of Admiral Real Estate reps owner in 11,000 s/f lease in Scarsdale

According to the ownership of 7 Popham Rd., they have executed a lease with Citibabes for 11,000 s/f. The deal completes lease-up at 7 Popham, one of the first new commercial developments in the downtown area in 50 years. The mixed-use office and retail project is located adjacent to the Scarsdale Metro-North train station. Citibabes is a Manhattan-based private family club which offers services for both young children and their parents and caretakers. Citibabes expects to open its doors at 7 Popham in March 2009. Currently, Citibabes has an existing location at 477 Broadway in SoHo in N.Y.C. and is planning to open additional clubs in the metro area. Robert K. Futterman & Associates executive vice president David Rosenberg represented Citibabes. The owner was represented by Jonathan Gordon of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., the building's leasing agent.
