Goldschmidt & Associates broker two leases totaling 53,000 s/f

New Rochelle, NY Goldschmidt & Associates has brokered two leases: 

  • A 28,000 s/f warehouse lease at 145 Huguenot St. The high ceilinged, air conditioned space was leased to a wine distribution and warehouse company. Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt acted for the tenant and Jamie Schwartz, of GHP Real Estate represented the landlord.
  • The 25,000 s/f former supermarket space at Peekskill Plaza on Welcher Ave. in Peekskill. Goldschmidt represented the landlord while Joshua Jacobs, also of Goldschmidt, represented the tenant, Apple Farm. Peekskill Plaza is now 100% leased. The 68,000 s/f center is anchored by CVS, Apple Farm, McDonald’s, and Trustco Bank. The six-acre property is near Rte. 9. This is Apple Farm’s second area deal, as it leased 7,000 s/f in Croton-on-Hudson in the CVS Shopping Center.
