Goldberg and Schlamm of City Connections represent landlord in 13,000 s/f lease to BrainPOP
City Connections Commercial has welcomed a new tenant to the Masonic Hall at 71 West 23rd St. BrainPOP LLC signed a 15-year 13,000 s/f lease for office space in the building to serve as their world headquarters.
The landlord, The Trustees of the Masonic Hall, was represented by Herb Goldberg and David Schlamm of City Connections Commercial. The tenant, occupying the entire 17th floor, was represented by Bill Berkis of Winoker Realty.
