Anthony L & S, a footwear company known for the FUBU, Phat Farm, US Polo, and Baby Phat brands, has inked a 1,400 s/f lease at 530 Seventh Ave. The firm relocated from its previous space at 1400 Broadway.
The Savitt Partners team of Nicole Goetz and Brian Neugeboren represented the ownership, while Marc Kritzer of Millennium Realty represented Anthony L & S.
Founded in 1989, Anthony L & S was formed in partnership with Samsung.
