GNYDC provides a total of $1.809m in SBA 504 loans for three properties

The Greater New York Development Co. (GNYDC) provided a total of $1.809 million in SBA 504 loans for three commercial real estate properties in the city. Steve Molfetta, VP lending at GNYDC, financed Staten Island Power Sports, LLC. They received an $824,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $2.05 million financing package to purchase a new business and underlying real property of 13,150 s/f at 4260 Arthur Kill Rd. Don DiMartini, VP lending at GNYDC, financed Dr. Renee Dobkin-Wild, DDS pediatric dentist. Dr. Dobkin-Wild received a $476,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $1.16 million financing package to purchase a professional condo of 1,000 s/f she had been leasing. Her office is at 67 Hudson St., Ste. 1D, Manhattan. Charles Schreiber, VP lending at GNYDC, financed Shari Isa Lusskin, MD. Dr. Lusskin received a $509,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $1.225 million financing package to purchase a new professional condo of 1,280 s/f to expand her practice. The project is located at 161 Madison Ave., Manhattan.
