Brooklyn, NY Global Holdings added two new tenants at 25 Kent. Five Iron Golf, a golf and entertainment company, and Glowbar, the express facial studio, will both open new locations at the base of the building in Q2 2026.

“The arrival of Five Iron Golf and Glowbar reflects the ongoing evolution of 25 Kent as more than just an office building — it’s a vibrant ecosystem where work, wellness, and culture intersect to benefit the entire neighborhood,” said Craig Panzirer, senior vice president and director of leasing at Global Holdings Management Group. “Both brands embody the energy and creativity synonymous with Williamsburg and will be an added amenity to our tenants in the building and our neighbors, continuing to establish 25 Kent as an innovation hub and destination.”

Five Iron Golf signed a 15,856 s/f lease — 746 s/f on the ground floor and 15,110 s/f on the lower level. The Williamsburg flagship venue will be Brooklyn’s largest indoor golf facility, featuring 13 Trackman simulators powered by Five Iron’s multi-camera technology, a 7,000 s/f gym, locker rooms, and a bar and kitchen. Five Iron collaborated with local artists to design the space, integrating Five Iron’s signature blend of sport, fitness, art, and social energy.

“We’ve had our sights set on Brooklyn for a long time,” said Jared Solomon, co-founder & CEO of Five Iron Golf. “It’s a community known for creativity, authenticity, and energy — all values that have defined Five Iron since day one. 25 Kent Ave. gives us the perfect platform to deliver an elevated experience that blends sport, fitness, art, and social connection in one amazing space.”

Innovative skincare studio Glowbar offers efficient, 30-minute facials in New York City and along the East Coast. Customized and results-driven, the company will debut its Williamsburg location as part of continued growth in Brooklyn following successful sites in Prospect Heights and Cobble Hill.

Located at the intersection of Kent and Wythe in Williamsburg, 25 Kent is a 500,000 s/f, eight-story mixed-use office building — the first ground-up commercial development in in over 40 years. Designed by Gensler and HWKN, it offers flexible floorplates, high ceilings, and panoramic Manhattan views. The building is anchored by best-in-class amenities including a tenant-only wellness center with gym, yoga and spin studios, a 20-foot bouldering wall, spa-inspired locker rooms, and a 12,000 s/f rooftop with bar and event space. Tenants also benefit from a dedicated building app that facilitates access, service requests, and wellness programming.

A longtime investor in the building, Global Holding took primary ownership over the summer and launched a prebuilt program designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s businesses including flexible, move-in-ready spaces tailored to the demands of modern tech and creative companies. 25 Kent continues to attract high-profile tenants from across the technology, wellness, and creative sectors including Kith, Amazon, Altana AI, Vesper, Box House Events, Pura Vida, Othership, Queen One, and Autonomous Technologies Group (ATG).

Five Iron Golf was represented by Anthony Dattoma of CBRE. Ben Birnbaum, Neal Ohm, Andrew Taub, and Caleb Petersen of Newmark represented Global Holdings in the transaction.
