Gladstone Group represented the purchase of 1836 Catasauqua Rd. (land and building) from Eat Ice Cream, LLC by KSW Allentown LLC, for $1.615 million.
The transaction, a sale/leaseback by Eat Ice Cream, LLC., included a 20-year NNN lease. The tenant will continue to operate as a Friendly's Restaurant.
