Gilco Realty LLC, a real estate brokerage company specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties in the Bronx, arranged the sale of an 8,250 s/f office building with a 12-car parking lot at 2475 Westchester Ave. The vacant property sold for $3.137 million which equates to $380 per s/f. Michael Gilbert of Gilco represented the seller, 437 East 165 Street Realty Corp. The buyer, Twu Counseling Center, Inc., was represented by Kathy Zamechansky of KZA Realty.
Gilco also leased a 2,200 s/f space at 1165 Garrison Ave. to a company specializing in the repair of car wheels.
This was the last available ground floor space at the building.
