GHP Office Realty negotiates 55,750 s/f lease to Urnex Brands at 700 Executive Blvd. in Elmsford

GHP Office Realty has represented the landlord in completing a 55,750 s/f lease to Urnex Brands, one of the largest leases in Westchester so far this year. Urnex Brands will be relocating and expanding its corporate headquarters, sales, showroom and manufacturing facility from Yonkers to a brand new facility in 700 Executive Blvd. The property was built in 1970 by Robert Martin Co. in the Cross Westchester Executive Park. The facility has been completely redone with new green energy efficient technologies. Bill Anson of Anson Real Estate represented the tenant. Steven Hirsch, Esq. represented the landlord. GHP Office Realty is the office building division of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC which is presently one of the New York area's leading owners, operators and purchasers of suburban class A office space. GHP has acquired, financed, redeveloped, leased and managed more than 3.5 million s/f. Regionally, the partners presently own and manage buildings in Westchester County, Fairfield County, Rockland County and in Bergen County and Princeton, N.J. In addition, with a Long Island based partner, it owns and manages 52 buildings and approximately 2.5 million s/f in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
