GFP Real estate signs branding agency QNY Creative to a 3,964 s/f lease

New York, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC has signed QNY Creative to a 7-year lease for 3,964 s/f of office space on the 35th floor of 515 Madison Ave.  

QNY Creative provides branding services, including everything from brand development, packaging and web design, content strategy, search engine marketing and community management. The branding agency works with a wide variety of lifestyle brands, including well-known companies like Ferrari, L’Oréal and National Geographic Unique Lodges of the World. 

“515 Madison has open-floor plans paired with oversized windows overlooking the Empire State Building, a perfect fit for creative firms like QNY, which also liked that ownership is located within the building,” said Martin McGrath, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate. 

McGrath of GFP Real Estate and William Grover of Newmark represented the landlord, while Diego Rodino di Miglione, Ricky Ryan and Richard Nocom of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this lease transaction.
