GFP Real Estate renews lease 4,633 s/f to duotone audio group

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC said that duotone audio group, Ltd., a music and sound production company signed a three-year extension to its existing lease for 4,633 s/f on the sixth floor of 200 Varick St. in Hudson Sq.

Brendan O’Leary and Steven Langton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark, and Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, 200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC.
