GFP Real Estate leases 4,949 s/f to Momenti at 200 Varick St.

Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, Momenti, Inc. signed a new five-year lease for 4,949 s/f at 200 Varick St. in Hudson Sq.

Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark, and Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, 200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC, in the transaction; David Berger of Bernstein Real Estate represented the tenant, Momenti, Inc.

The company, which had outgrown its existing space at 131 Varick St., needed a larger space to accommodate its explosive growth.  Momenti, Inc. which moved in this month, will use its new space for its executive, general and administrative offices.

Momenti, Inc. a platform that is ideal for marketing, e-commerce, digital media, entertainment, beauty, and publishers, creates visceral and deeper emotional engagements for any mobile device or web browser.  The platform provides end users with a more immersive experience by bridging the digital world with the physical without the need to install an app or plugins.

Built in 1927 and designed by architect Frank Parker, 200 Varick St. is a 12-story, 490,000 s/f office building located in Hudson Sq. The property features oversized windows with four exposures; new mechanicals; and brand-new elevators that has a lobby boost system, increasing efficiency and reducing wait times.

In 2022, GFP Real Estate completed a full renovation of the building’s lobby and entrance, and several common corridors, to create a modern experience that includes a large “living” green wall.  Major tenants at the building include AHRC New York City and the Omnicom Group, among others.  200 Varick St. offers access to the 1 train, located at the building’s doorstep, as well as the C and E trains on nearby Spring St.
