GFP Real Estate leases 27,990 s/f to Tutor Perini Corp.

Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, Tutor Perini Corp., a civil and building construction company and one of the largest general contractors in the U.S., has signed a new six-year lease for 27,990 s/f at 520 Eighth Ave.

The lease covers a portion of the 8^th floor at 520 8^th Ave. and the entire 9^th floor at 266 West 27^th St., respectively, which is connected to 520 8^th Ave. and shares a lobby, where Tutor Perini will establish its New York office operations following completion of landlord improvement work. The company took possession of the space this month.
