GFI Realty Services sells 499 5th Ave. for $1.95 million

Brooklyn, NY GFI Realty Services, LLC brokered the $1.95 million sale of 499 5th Ave., a single-story net lease asset, located in the Park Slope neighborhood. GFI Realty associate director Kobi Zamir represented the buyer, a local investor. Moshe Goldberger, also of GFI Realty, represented the seller, Guy Morris.

Constructed in 1971, the 2,037 s/f property is occupied by a single tenant, Aesthetic Laser Center.

“This asset is occupied by a tenant who is thriving on this major commercial corridor,” said Zamir. “The buyer intends to keep this asset for the long term.”

“The value of the property, driven by its location on 5th Ave., commanded a strong offer that the seller could not refuse,” said Goldberger.

Park Slope is an enclave in Brooklyn known for its brownstone blocks and commercial corridors lined with local eateries and retailers. The property is surrounded by shops and eateries on 5th Ave. and is in proximity to the 7th Ave. commercial corridor, Prospect Park and the D-N-R-W-F-G subway lines.
