GFI Mangement appoints Adler as president

GFI Management Services has appointed Jeffrey Adler as president. In this role, Adler is responsible for the company's portfolio, in conjunction with a third party management subsidiary, of 16,000 residential apartment units located throughout New York, Georgia, Texas, Michigan, Florida, Kansas and Missouri. "We welcome Jeffrey's experience and leadership to the GFI team," said Allen Gross, CEO of GFI Capital Resources Group. "His results-oriented approach and ability to think strategically will play a critical role in helping us grow profitability as we continue to expand our portfolio throughout the country. Jeff will play an integral part in the future success of our business." Adler brings over 10 years of property management experience to GFI. He served as chief property operations officer at AIMCO, a Denver-based apartment REIT from 2002-2009. Since then, he was president of The Sanctuary Group, a management consulting firm to the residential housing rental industry. He holds a MBA from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Yale University. "I am excited about the opportunity to profitably grow the GFI platform by providing great customer experiences and being rewarded by consumers with high occupancies and referrals to friends, family, and co-workers," said Adler.
