A retail building at 1700 Pitkin Ave., located between Rockaway and Thatford Aves. in the Brownsville neighborhood, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.05 million. The single-story steel structured, brick building contains 2,939 s/f and sits on a 29.46' x 100' lot. It consists of two retail units occupied by Sprint Wireless and Inder Fashion, a clothing store.
