Gerstel and Singer of Friedman-Roth arrange $25 million sale of 1302 Newkirk Avenue

Singer_Mark-FriedmanRothBrooklyn, NY Friedman-Roth Realty Services has arranged the sale of an elevator building located at 1302 Newkirk Ave. (aka 595-601 Arygle Ave.) Located in the Ditmas Park section, the six-story building contains 90 residential units and was constructed in 1931. The property is 95,050 s/f and was sold for $25 million or $277,777 per unit.  This is the first sale of this property in over 40 years. 

Friedman-Roth’s David Gerstel represented the seller. The purchaser was procured by Mark Singer, also of Friedman-Roth.   

Friedman-Roth is a commercial real estate brokerage firm.  Originally founded in 1974, Friedman-Roth specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. Since inception, the firm has brokered thousands of transactions and maintains its role as a market leader.
