Joseph Genovesi and Stephen Dadourian, vice chairmen of NAI Global's New York City office, represented NRC LLC in the lease of 3,052 s/f at 111 Bdwy.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Trinity Centre LLC. Based in New York City, NRC is an independently owned company specializing in consultation, investigation and support services to the insurance and reinsurance industry.
Genovesi and Dadourian lead office leasing teams that that specialize in representing clients in the insurance, media, entertainment, advertising/public relations, and architectural/design sectors.
