Gemini Real Estate Advisors acquires 124-room Wyndham Garden Chelsea Hotel, 37 West 24th St.
According to Will Obeid, president of Gemini Real Estate Advisors, the company acquired the Wyndham Garden Chelsea Hotel, located at 37 West 24th St.
The Wyndham Garden Chelsea Hotel is a 124-room, select service hotel that is located in the Flatiron District.
The purchase price of the hotel was undisclosed.
