Geiger of McGuire Development Co. Real Estate Services Group facilitates $925,000 sale

McGuire Development Co.'s Real Estate Services Group has completed the sale of the former Perkins restaurant located at 4245 McKinley Parkway to A & J Ming LLC for $925,000. The transaction was facilitated by Jim Geiger, director of business development for McGuire. This is the second transaction on six listings being handled by Geiger. He is working with interested parties to broker two remaining properties in Amherst and Niagara Falls as well as two in the Rochester suburbs of Gates and Greece. In addition to Friday's closing in Hamburg, Geiger has sold a location in Penfield, a suburb of Rochester. The free standing facilities include 5,791 s/f with seating for 210-240. The Hamburg property also included equipment and assets. "All of these properties are positioned in prime locations with plenty of parking and customer access," Geiger stated. "I'm excited about the possibility of a new restaurant opening at the Hamburg location."
