GCP Capital Group arramges five mortgages totaling $12.65 million

GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $12.65 million for the following properties: * $4.7 million for an apartment complex containing 130 units, located in Titusville, Fla. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $2.7 million for six-story mixed use building containing 15 apartments and four stores, located on East Broadway in Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $2.425 million for a six-story apartment building containing 26 units and five stores, located on Grand Ave. in the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. * $1.825 millionfor a five-story apartment building containing 32 apartments, located on Crotona Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $1 million for 3 three-story cooperative apartment buildings containing a total of 18 apartments, located in Babylon, Suffolk County. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
