Ganz to lead Alpha Realty’s Private Capital Group
New York, NY Alpha Realty has tapped David Ganz to spearhead its newly formed Private Capital Group, which specializes in arranging bridge loans and other non-traditional short-term financing. The group has also been brokering note sales.
Before joining Alpha Realty, Ganz was director of acquisitions at Ranco Management and was responsible for over $350 million in acquisitions throughout his career in real estate to date.
“I am excited to lead the division, and see tremendous opportunities arising in the capital markets space. I’ve worked with Alpha Realty on the acquisition side before and we had great synergy, so this was a great opportunity to join their team,” Ganz said.
