Brooklyn, NY Daniel Gamil and Ruslan Mingazov recently joined RE/MAX Edge. The duo were previously associated with Keller Williams Realty. They will service home buyers and sellers throughout the borough and parts of Queens and Staten Island, concentrating on residential properties, condos, co-ops and one- to four-family homes.

“Daniel and Ruslan are proven and experienced real estate professionals with strong track records of success over 20 years in the Brooklyn and New York City market, completing over 50 transactions last year alone. RE/MAX Edge now has three of the top real estate professionals in this market under one roof, working together to serve our clients for all of their real estate needs. RE/MAX professionals sell more real estate than any other company. They complete on average 17 transactions a year, more than double the national average,” said RE/MAX Edge broker/owner Michael Napolitano. “Brooklyn and Staten Island have some of the most desirable real estate in New York.”

“Brooklyn is a dynamic marketplace where you have century-old homes next to new construction,” said Mingazov. “Mike, Daniel and I have consistently been the top three real estate professionals in Brooklyn for the past several years and it is a great opportunity to combine the top three people in the area under one office and on the same team. As an international traveler, RE/MAX was always present in the countries where I would visit. When home buyers come to Brooklyn and New York City from other countries, they recognize RE/MAX as a name they can trust.”

“At Keller Williams, we reached the ceiling on how high we could go,” Gamil said. “As a team, Ruslan and I needed to go to the next level. Mike is well-known in the real estate community as a top producer and mentor to professionals in his offices. In the past, he was our friendly competitor; now we are on the same side, looking to him for mentorship, working with him and being a part of the RE/MAX team.”
