Galesi Group completes construction of $6 million, 37,000 s/f manufacturing facility

DynaBil Industries, a subsidiary of Ducommun Inc., held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for it's new $6 million, 37,000 s/f manufacturing facility. Ground was broken on the 3-acre site in the Greene Business and Technology Park in June 2008 by DynaBil. Ducommun paid $46.5 million to acquire the privately held manufacturing company six months prior. The facility was constructed by the Galesi Group. DynaBil is a manufacturer of parts for the Boeing Co.'s 787 "Dreamliner" airplane and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp.'s Black Hawk military helicopters. California-based Ducommun produces similar manufacturing products of DynaBil. They have 2,100 employees around the world, including 225 at DynaBil.
