(www.gswilcox.com) has arranged $20 million in mortgage financing with The Prudential Insurance Co. and secured by a 210-unit apartment building on East 23rd St. with one office tenant and underground parking. The loan term is a 20-year fixed rate with a 30-year amortization at 3.9%.
Gretchen Wilcox, president, and Al Raymond, principal, both participated in the deal.
