Funiciello of JF Real Estate completes two leases

Syracuse, NY According to JF Real Estate, the firm has completed the following:

• PMA Foods, a restaurant cheese supplier, leased 1,400 s/f in the Atrium Building, 2 Clinton Sq. Matt Funiciello of JF R.E. brokered this 5-year lease. Atrium Associates, LLC is the landlord.

• Oakley Butch Henyan leased 1,220 s/f in Victorian Sq. Office Park, 526 Old Liverpool Rd., for his massage business. Funiciello represented the landlord, Vona Heating & Plumbing in the 5-year lease while Dick Robb of Sutton Cos. represented the tenant.
