Friedland Realty closes two sales and a four-year lease of buildings in Yonkers, the Bronx and Larchmont

According to Friedland Realty Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate firm with over 45 years of success, industrial specialist Atanu Bhattacharjee, alongside fellow Friedland brokers Ross Schneiderman and Mia Abdou, closed the sale of two buildings and a four-year lease totaling 17,000 s/f. The two sales total $1.295 million. With the buildings located in Yonkers, Larchmont, and the Bronx, Friedland Realty Advisors continues to strengthen their market share in the Metro-New York area. Representing the buyer, Royal Vision Management & Investments, as well as the seller, Runge Moving and Storage, Bhattacharjee and Schneiderman closed the sale of the building located at 197 and 195 South Broadway in Yonkers for $425,000. The 10,300 s/f building, located in the South Broadway Business District, represents the continued focus on the redevelopment of Downtown Yonkers. The new owner, Royal Vision Management & Investments, plans to make improvements to the building while developing the currently vacant lot adjacent to the structure. In the Bronx, Bhattacharjee closed the sale of the 5,000 s/f commercial property located at 1168 Burnet Place. A Brooklyn-based investment group purchased the property for $870,000 in the steady growing commercial real estate market of Hunts Point. The new owners are looking to make improvements on the building and begin leasing. Both Bhattacharjee and Abdou worked in tandem to sign a four-year lease for 2325 Boston Rd. in Larchmont. Friedland represented the landlord and the tenant. The incoming tenant has plans to offer customers a "one-stop shop" for domestic and foreign car repairs and servicing. "Friedland is excited to kick-off 2015 with the announcement of these deals," said Ayall Schanzer, CEO of Friedland Realty Advisors. "These deals represent a team effort, bringing together the comradery, diligence and inter-disciplinary expertise of our brokers. We take pride in knowing that each member of our team is strong individually but when teamed together they are able to deliver such great successes for our clients."
