Friedland Realty Advisors, formerly NAI Friedland - a full-service commercial real estate firm - arranged the closing of five industrial deals. The following transactions include 122,658 s/f of space, .52 acres, totaling $5.22 million:
* Friedland broker Andy Grossman worked as the lead broker representing both the buyers and sellers, in the sales of 200 South 14th Ave. in Mount Vernon and 642 Saw Mill Rover Rd. in Ardsley. The 26,748 s/f Mount Vernon property, formerly owned by Palmbrite Realty Corp., was sold to 200 South 14th Ave. LLC for $1.825 million. Grossman and team's second property, located in Ardsley, was purchased by BRB Development Company from 642 Saw Mill Properties Inc. The 12,500 s/f space sold for $1.325 million.
* Grossman brokered the sale of .52 acres at 229 Saw Mill River Rd. in Elmsford for $900,000. Grossman represented the property's former owner, Corporate Car RE, and the new owner, MTS Realty Corp.
* In White Plains, Steve Kornspun worked as the senior managing broker leasing the property located at 201 Ferris Ave. in a long-term lease. The landlord, Troop Realty Corp. leased 14,400 s/f to Thriftland USA. Kornspun, along with another broker, represented both the landlord and tenant.
* Friedland veterans Tony Lembeck and Peter Cokin represented the buyer and seller during the transaction of 252 C Lake Ave. in Yonkers. The deal included 43,000 s/f of space and 26,000 s/ft of land. 716 Columbus LLC purchased the property from GEZCO Realty Company LLC for $1.17 million.
Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 733 Dekalb Ave., a fully free-market multifamily and retail property in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood. The asset sold for $2.8 million.
