Friedland Realty Advisors appoints Enea vice president of client services

Harrison, NY According to Friedland Realty Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate firm, Paul Enea has been named vice president of client services, effective immediately. Enea will report directly to Founder and CEO Bob Friedland and will work out of the company’s Harrison, N.Y. office. Enea began his professional career at Friedland Realty 28 years ago as an office and industrial broker. As vice president of client services, he will be responsible for locating and assessing industrial, office and investment properties for clients in Manhattan and suburban submarkets including the Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess and Fairfield counties. “I’m happy to be back at the firm that introduced me to the commercial real estate world,” said Enea. “I am looking forward to assisting clients and adding value to their business model.” With almost 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industries, Enea most recently served as the principal of YORK Real Estate Consulting Services, where he provided assistance throughout every phase of the acquisition/disposition, design, approval and construction processes for multiple clients. Prior to that, he was a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis in Manhattan where his clients included Wells Fargo, Pepperidge Farm and Dish Networks. He also previously held positions at CBRE, Trammell Crow and the Edward S. Gordon Company. “This is an exciting time for Friedland and we are thrilled to have Paul on our team again,” said Bob Friedland. “He brings years of dedicated experience, knowledge and passion, and his extensive construction and negotiation experience will bring another level of exceptional service to our clients.” Enea is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker and studied finance and construction management at New York University.
