Fried Frank reps 21st Century FOX/News Corp. in relocation to 2 WTC

Fried Frank is acting as counsel to 21st Century Fox and News Corp. in connection with their non-binding agreement with Silverstein Properties (SPI) to locate each company's corporate headquarters at a new building to be developed by SPI at 200 Greenwich St./2 World Trade Center. 21st Century Fox and News Corp. would anchor a state-of-the art tower designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) to house studios, newsrooms and teams from across both companies' businesses. The Fried Frank team is being led by real estate partners Jonathan Mechanic and Michael Werner and real estate special counsel Suzanne deVries Decker.
