A fully renovated mixed-use building at 274 Court St., located between Kane and DeGraw in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.6 million.

"This landmarked gem on Court Street is an integral part of what makes Carroll Gardens such a special and intimate neighborhood," said Massey Knakal senior VP of sales Ken Freeman who exclusively handled this transaction. "The owner obtained a 15% premium over similar recent sales along Court St.," said Freeman.
