Frankel and Ritchey of CBRE rep The Hampshire Cos. in office bldg. sale

The Hampshire Companies arranged the sale of a 128,031 s/f office building located at 1041 Electric Ave. to Navy Federal Credit Union. Situated on five acres, the tree lined independent campus features a three-story office building with a concourse level and ample surface and structured parking. Scott Frankel and David Ritchey of CBRE Inc., represented The Hampshire Companies in the transaction.
